Fitzpatrick This car was designed and built by Phil Lacy in the late 1940s (1947-1949). The project was financed by Al Fitzpatrick. Shortly after the car was finished, Phil Lacy was recalled to active duty in the USAF to serve in Korea. Phil never saw the car again until Phil Lacy Jr. contacted Joe Bortz.
